Micaela M. Alvarez, Esq.
Micaela Alvarez opened her office in August of 1998 to serve the immigrant community.
Micaela was born in Cuba. As a child, she came to the United States as a refugee in 1970 on the Freedom Flights, which was the largest airborne refugee operation in American history. She was raised in Hudson County. She graduated from Drew University with a degree in political science. She received her J.D. from the Ohio State College of Law. She served on the Hudson Community College Board of Trustees from November 1998 to January 2003. She has been participating in the Cooperative Business Education Program with the High Schools in Hudson County for more than 20 years. Micaela served as a panelist on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Program of Hudson County.
Member of the New Jersey Bar and the Immigration Lawyers Association.

Joseph F. Seluga, Esq.
Joseph joined the office in 2012. He represents clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and in interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Prior to joining the office, Joseph was a Public Service Fellow with the Catholic Migration Office in Brooklyn, NY. He is a graduate of New York University. He earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law. While attending St. John's University, he participated in the Refugee and Immigrant Rights Clinic which partnered with the Legal Services Department of Catholic Charities.
Joseph is a member of both the New Jersey and the New York Bars, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
